The children of Dr. Toby Eubank, Valerie Peck ’91 and Steven Eubank, have established the Dr. Toby Eubank Memorial Scholarship in honor of their late father. Distributions of this endowment will be used to provide one or more scholarships to full-time students pursuing an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering at Texas A&M University.
Toby Eubank was a faculty member in the Artie McFerrin Department of Chemical Engineering at Texas A&M for more than 40 years. He received numerous awards for teaching, research and service during his tenure at Texas A&M and was credited with six U.S. patents. Eubank passed away in 2011.
