The newly formed Engineering Studio for Advanced Instruction and Learning (eSAIL) at Texas A&M University is offering a Technology Clinic for all faculty teaching distance courses in the Spring of 2018. The clinic will be Thursday, Jan. 11 from 10 a.m. until noon in room 910 of the Richardson Building. It is a come-and-go event designed to provide answers for faculty in the Texas A&M College of Engineering who may have questions pertaining to distance education and instructional technology.
Faculty are invited to come and meet the members of the eSAIL team and learn about the services they offer. Faculty are also encouraged to bring their own laptops and and sit down one-on-one with the eSAIL team members to get answers to technical and course design questions to prepare for the coming semester.
The Engineering Studio for Advanced Instruction & Learning provides professional support for departments and faculty engaged in distance education. Led by Assistant Vice Chancellor, Dr. Sunay Palsolé, the eSAIL team has 12 professionals with a broad range of experience and skills in planning, designing, building, promoting and supporting distance education courses, graduate degrees and certificate programs.
