Spring 2025 Office Hours

January 6–24:

• Monday through Friday
  • In-person and virtual appointments are available from 8:30-11:30 a.m.
  • In-person and virtual (Zoom) drop-in advising available from 1:30–4:30 p.m.

January 27–March 21:

• Monday through Thursday
  • In-person and virtual appointments are available from 8:30-4:30 p.m.
• Friday
  • In-person and virtual appointments are available from 8:30-11:30 a.m.
  • Virtual (Zoom) drop-in advising available from 1:30–4:30 p.m.

March 24–April 14: Pre-registration and Q-Drop Advising Hours

• Monday through Friday
  • In-person and virtual appointments are available from 8:30–11:30 a.m.
  • In-person and virtual drop-in advising is available from 1:30–4:30 p.m.

How to Schedule an Advising Appointment

Schedule an appointment by logging in to Navigate with your NetID and password and follow the steps below.

1. Click the blue “Schedule an Appointment” button.
2. Select "Advising Texas A&M University."
3. Select a “Service” (for example, EN-General Advising).
4. Pick a date.
5. Click the blue “Find Available Times” button.
6. Select “Virtual (Zoom)” or “In-Person” in the left menu “How would you like to meet?”
7. Click on " Galveston-Powell Marine Engineering Complex – See Additional Details.”
8. Choose a time or choose an advisor, then a time.
9. Click the blue “Schedule” button.
